Today I ran into David Smétanine in Madison Square Park in Manhattan, NYC. David represented France in the Beijing Paralympics in 2008 in swimmimg and won 2 Golds & 2 Silvers in the following races below. He is training hard for London 2012 but is on a quick one week vacation in The Big Apple before the final push for London . Good Luck, David!

Hairstylist Vidal Sassoon, who undid the beehive with his wash-and-wear cuts and went on to become an international name in hair care, died Wednesday. He was 84.
